Ecology and Evolutionary Biology Symposium 8-10 July 2020

The Ecology and Evolutionary Biology Society of Turkey is proud to present its 7th international meeting with the aim of bringing together scientists and students working in the fields of ecology and evolution.

Each year the symposium aims to facilitate the dissemination of research, promote bilateral cooperation between scientists and to communicate the importance of ecology and evolution to the general public. We would be honored if you could join what we hope will be a stimulating and productive scientific gathering.

Ecology and Evolutionary Biology Society, established in 2015, aims to create a valid network for researchers working in the fields of ecology and evolutionary biology in Turkey. The purposes of this society are to bring together researchers of ecology and evolution under the same organization, to assist and support young researchers and to improve the quality and quantity of scientific research in the areas of ecology and evolution in Turkey. Members of the society are mostly young researchers and half of them work within Turkey while the other half continue their works abroad. Society has also foreign researchers working in Turkey.

Since 2014, we have been the host for six Ecology and Evolutionary Biology Symposium. The purpose of this symposium is to bring together scientists, who are doing research in ecology and evolutionary biology, and students who are actively studying in these areas to facilitate interaction and communication between these groups. Furthermore, this meeting also aims to expand scientific activities in ecology and evolutionary biology and to contribute to the current knowledge in the field.
